There are tea and coffee making facilities, radio alarms, colour televisions and hairdryers in each room.  In fact, everything you would expect from 4 star bed and breakfast accommodation. The patio is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy either a drink or good home cooking in tranquil surroundings.   With a private garden and seating facilities, you are able to sit back and appreciate the beauty of the Scottish countryside and it's wildlife. Private car parking is to the front of the building so you will not be distracted.

Breakfast is served in a purpose built extension to the back of the house with a view including the garden and surrounding woodland.   Guests are offered a choice of Scottish and traditional breakfasts.
